Two Indian Army soldiers lost their lives, while two others got injured in a gun battle with terrorists in J&K’s Kishtwar. Indian Army launched joint operation with J&K Police in Kishtwar on September 13. Following the onset of the encounter, security has been heightened along the Batote-Kishtwar Highway to prevent any escalation. In another operation, 2 terrorists were neutralised in Kathua’s Khandara. The security forces have cordoned off the area and operations are still going on in Kishtwar, said the officials.
