Delhi IAS Coaching Case: Politics intensifies over this incident, BJP slams AAP govt over matter



<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The owner and coordinator of the coaching centre in Delhi where three students died of drowning after floodwater inundated the basement have&nbsp;</span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">been detained, said the Delhi&nbsp;</span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">police on Sunday.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">A case against the owner and coordinator of Rau’s IAS Study Circle in the Old Rajinder Nagar was detained and booked under Sections 105, 106(1), 115/2, 290 and 35 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), reported India Today.</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The victims&nbsp;</span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">were identified</span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">&nbsp;as Tania Soni (25), Shreya Yadav (25), and Nevin Dalwin (28).</span></p>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Earlier in the day, Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi ordered the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to take strict action against coaching centres operating in basements which violate building byelaws and not as per the norms.</span></p>
