Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu arrived in Paris soon after exploring Norway and Denmark. For the couple, Paris is more than just a holiday destination; it holds a special place in their hearts. Reason? The duo exchanged rings 10 years ago in the “city of love”. To celebrate their union, Soha and Kunal decided to revisit their cherished memories. Soha shared a glimpse of their trip with a series of photos on Instagram.
In the streets of Paris, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu appeared head over heels in love in their first snapshot. The next photo features Soha alone, gazing into the lens in a stunning black top and off-white coat paired with jeans. Following that, there are several pictures of the couple embracing each other. One photo shows their daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, lighting a candle at a church. The final image captures Soha in a sophisticated look, sporting a radiant smile.
Captioning the pictures, Soha Ali Khan wrote, “Ten years ago, almost to this day, we got engaged in Paris and this city will always have my heart. (and my toothbrush which I left behind at the hotel).”
Indeed, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu make a charming couple. Their paths first crossed during the filming of Umesh Shukla’s 2009 comedy Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge. They began dating while working together on films such as Raj & DK’s 2009 crime comedy 99 and Samir Tewari’s 2013 comedy Mr Joe B Carvalho. In 2014, Soha surprised everyone by announcing her engagement to Kunal.
Previously, in a conversation with IANS, Kunal Kemmu opened up on how he planned the proposal and revealed, “We were on a 26-27-day holiday in Europe. We went to several cities including London and Rome. Paris was not part of our travel plan. I added Paris to our holiday destinations, so I could propose to her in the most romantic city in the world.”
Following the engagement, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu got married in an intimate ceremony in 2015. Their wedding video recently resurfaced on social media, capturing everyone’s attention.
Work-wise, Soha Ali Khan was last seen in Hush Hush whereas Kunal Kemmu made his directorial debut with Madgaon Express earlier this year.
