The leading car maker Honda, which has a limited product line in India, is all set to introduce an updated or next-gen avatar of the mid-size sedan Amaze. Ahead of the official release, which is scheduled to take place next month, the model has been spied during the testing phase in the country and has revealed some notable details about upcoming offering
It has been reported that the upcoming model is likely to be launched at the starting price of Rs 7.50 lakh, while the top model might fall under Rs 13 lakh (all ex-showroom). To note, this is just a speculation an updated detail about the same is yet to be confirmed by the brand.
Here’s What to expect
According to the spy shots, the car is likely to hit the market with a completely fresh fresh style statement. It is expected to get a better road appearance, aggressive stance, and extra comfort.
Going by the spy image, the model looks quite premium as compared to the ongoing avatar. The leaks suggested that it might get a fully LED headlight setup, paired with stylish integrated DRLs with the trending connected LED tailight.
The front also seems to have gone through an impressive makeover, featuring an updated grill with a sweet touch of chrome treatment at multiple corners. The side profile looks like remains the same as it features the same stylish with body colour door handles and decent size cladding at the bottom.
Engine
Under the bonnet, the new-gen Amaze is likely to use the same 1.2-litre petrol engine. This unit will generate a maximum power of 89 BHP and 110 Nm and is expected to be available with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT.
