Ather Energy, a leader in India’s electric two-wheeler market, has introduced its premium service offering – the Ather Gold service centres.
The first of these centres has opened in Nashik, Maharashtra, providing the brand’s best-ever service experience.
Ather’s Co-founder and CEO, Tarun Mehta, shared the exciting news on X, emphasising that the company has always prioritised customer service.

The new Ather Gold centres promise upgraded service processes, guided by a detailed service playbook. A standout feature is the ExpressCare service, where customers can get their electric scooters serviced in just one hour.
The Ather Gold centres will offer well-trained staff who have undergone rigorous training in both technical and customer service skills. Customers can relax in a comfortable lounge, designed to reflect the immersive experience found at Ather’s Experience Centres. These service centres are part of Ather’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality.
Ather currently operates 215 service centres across India and has introduced several customer-friendly initiatives, including Ather Care service plans and the Ather Service Carnival.
In addition to its service innovations, Ather Energy has expanded its footprint internationally, with Sri Lanka becoming its second export market after Nepal.
The company officially launched in Sri Lanka this week, with the first deliveries of the Ather 450X electric scooter, priced around LKR 5.35 lakh (approximately Rs 1.55 lakh).
Ather has partnered with Evolution Auto Pvt Ltd to manage sales, service, and EV infrastructure in Sri Lanka, as part of its strategy to support the growing demand for electric vehicles.
