Realme GT 7 Listing Appears On Geekbench Site, Might Be Powered By Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset


The Realme GT 7 is expected to make its debut soon as the successor to the Realme GT 6. Ahead of an official announcement, the upcoming GT series smartphone appears to have been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, revealing key hardware details. The listing suggests that the device, carrying the model number RMX5090, will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm chipset. A Realme smartphone with the same model number was also recently certified by China’s 3C and TENAA authorities.

The unannounced Realme GT 7 prototype has reportedly surfaced on Geekbench under the model number Realme RMX5090. It achieved a single-core score of 2,904 and a multi-core score of 8,976. The listing indicates that the device will run on Android 15 and feature 14.75GB of RAM, which is likely to be rounded up to 16GB in official specifications.

Additionally, the Geekbench listing reveals that the Realme RMX5090 will house an octa-core Qualcomm SoC based on ARMv8 architecture, with a motherboard labeled as “sun.” The processor consists of six cores clocked at 3.53GHz and two high-performance cores reaching 4.32GHz, suggesting it could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

Realme GT 7: Specifications (Expected)

The Realme GT 7 was previously spotted on China’s 3C certification website, hinting at support for 120W fast charging. Additionally, a listing on TENAA revealed key specifications, including a 6.78-inch display with a 1.5K resolution, a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor, and a sizable 6,500mAh battery.

The upcoming Realme GT 7 is expected to launch in multiple configurations, with RAM options ranging from 8GB to 24GB and storage variants of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. For selfies and video calls, it is likely to feature a 16-megapixel front camera. Set to succeed the Realme GT 6, which debuted in India in July last year, the GT 7 is anticipated to bring significant upgrades in performance and battery life.
