Airport authorities said no passenger or crew member was injured in the accident. All passengers were safely escorted off the planes. One passenger aboard Delta Flight, Jason Chan, mentioned that after the collision, the aircraft “rocked back and forth,” but passengers remained calm, and eventually, everyone was safely returned to the terminal.
