ICSI CS Result 2024 Live Updates: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will announce the ICSI CS Result 2024 today, February 25, 2025. The results are for the CS Professional Programme and Executive Programme exams held in December 2024.
Candidates can check their results on the official website at icsi.edu. The Professional Programme result (for Syllabus 2017 and 2022) will be released at 11 a.m., while the Executive Programme result (for Syllabus 2017 and 2022) will be available at 2 p.m.
After the results are declared, candidates can view their subject-wise marks breakdown on the ICSI website. The formal e-result-cum-marks statement will also be available for download.
The ICSI CS December 2024 exams were conducted from December 21 to 30, 2024, in English and Hindi.
The ICSI CS Professional and Executive exams are part of the Company Secretary (CS) course conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). CS Executive Exam

CS Professional Exam
This is the final level of the CS course, after passing the CS Executive exam.
It consists of nine papers divided into three modules, focusing on advanced topics like Corporate Restructuring, Governance, Ethics, and Strategic Management. After clearing this level and completing the required training, candidates can apply for membership with ICSI and become a qualified Company Secretary (CS).
Both exams are conducted twice a year (June and December) and are essential for those pursuing a career as a Company Secretary in India.
