Vibhu K Raghave, known for his role in Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, has been battling stage 4 colon cancer. During this difficult period, the actor has received support from many of his close friends in the television industry. Several actors have taken to social media to raise awareness about Vibhu’s condition and seek help from fans.
His former co-star Aneri Vajani shared a heartfelt note and appealed for support. Aneri posted a couple of pictures with Vibhu from their Nisha Aur Uske Cousins shoot days. In her post, she spoke about Vibhu’s health and revealed that he is currently undergoing chemotherapy. She requested everyone to contribute towards his treatment.
Aneri Vajani, who also acted in Anupamaa, wrote, “This post is for our beautiful friend Vibhu who’s been suffering from 4th stage colon cancer . He’s being treated in Tata Hospital and is under chemotherapy. We require funds for his treatment and a lot of prayers & good wishes. We’ve got a lot of help from you all earlier too. Hoping to raise funds for him this time as well. Please Help us to get him treated. You can contribute whatever amount is comfortable. Thank you to everyone.”
Back in 2022, Vibhu K Raghave announced that he had been diagnosed with cancer. He shared a video on social media to inform his admirers about his health condition. Vibhu explained that he had not been feeling well for a few weeks, and after undergoing several tests, he was diagnosed with cancer. The actor also expressed his gratitude – not just for the medical support he received, but also for the many blessings in his life – and said he was staying hopeful for the best.
Vibhu K Raghave rose to prominence after playing key roles in various shows, including Suvreen Guggal – Topper of the Year (2012), among others. He also appeared in Rhythm and Pitchfork in 2016. He is best known for his portrayal of Saurav in Nisha Aur Uske Cousins.
On the other hand, Aneri Vajani was last seen in Ram Bhavan alongside Mishkat Verma.
