CID, one of the iconic television shows, has been making waves on the Internet. Actor Shivaji Satam, widely known as ACP Pradyuman, has suddenly taken a departure from the show, leaving all his fans devastated. Now, Gaurav Khanna, who was also a part of CID once, has shared his two cents on Shivaji’s exit.
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Gaurav, who recently won Celebrity MasterChef, revealed how Shivaji Satam’s exit from the show shocked him. He stated, “I think there will be something to it, but it was strong news. I really could not fathom CID without Satam, sir.” The actor who played Senior Inspector Kavin revealed that it’s hard to imagine CID without Shivaji Satam.
Moving on, Gaurav Khanna also reflected on his past experiences working in CID. He remembered enjoying a wide range of foods while filming the episode. Since every member of the CID cast was a foodie, the actor recalled how excited they were about lunch. While they were filming CID, Gaurav revealed that Shivaji Satam prepared Lassi for him daily. The actor stated that during his one year with CID, he just asked for food every day.
Shivaji Satam also spoke about his exit from CID, revealing that he has no idea about this. The actor told the Bombay Times that he will be on break in May this year to spend time with his son. “As of now, I am just taking a break and am going to enjoy my life. I have worked hard, and everyone deserves a break,” he stated.
Furthermore, in the latest episode of CID, ACP Pradyuman is depicted dead following a bombing orchestrated by CID’s adversary.
A new ACP has joined the CID team. Any guesses? Parth Samthaan has joined the team as ACP Ayushman. Alongside Parth, Dayanand Shetty, and Aditya Srivastava are also part of the show.
CID is currently streaming on Netflix.
