The bond, which once began on a sour note inside the Bigg Boss 17 house, has now blossomed into a rock-solid friendship that has been winning hearts. Yes, we are talking about actors Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel. The two, who used to have ugly fights over Isha Malviya during their stint in the controversial reality show, are now best of friends. And their recent appearance together is proof of it.
The bromance was on full display at Samarth’s birthday bash on April 30, where Abhishek was among the many notable invitees. In a video shared on Instagram, the Udaariyaan actor was seen at the event, looking sharp and dapper in an effortlessly cool outfit. He wore a white T-shirt layered with a red-coloured shirt and paired the combo with relaxed-fit jeans and white shoes. A pair of stylish sunglasses and bracelets accentuated the fashion quotient of his laid-back yet dapper look.
In the clip, Abhishek was seen interacting with the shutterbugs while posing with them. After a while, the birthday boy, Samarth, also joined him and took pictures together. For his special day, the actor opted for an all-black look, complemented by a sleek neckpiece to add an oomph factor to his monochrome ensemble.
The duo, with bright smiles on their faces, posed for the paparazzi and even shared a hearty chat on the red carpet. At one point, Abhishek even playfully planted a kiss on Samarth’s cheek, which left him blushing. Following this, the birthday boy signalled Abhishek to enter the party and took him inside.
Speaking about his bond with Abhishek after the conclusion of Bigg Boss 17, Samarth, as quoted by News18, once said, “Abhishek is doing very well. He’s like a brother to me now, and we’ve become close friends. I didn’t have that sense during Bigg Boss, but we talked a lot afterwards and met up. I felt extremely good about it; he’s a great guy. It’s going to be a lot of fun having him around.”
Abhishek and Samarth are currently seen on Colors TV’s cooking-based comedy show Laughter Chefs: Unlimited Entertainment 2. They have been paired together for the reality show, which is hosted by Bharti Singh and judged by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi. Apart from the two, Laughter Chefs 2 includes Rahul Vaidya, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Rubina Dilaik, Krushna Abhishek, Kashmera Shah, Aly Goni, Reem Shaikh, Karan Kundrra, Sudesh Lehri and Nia Sharma.
