Online design platform Canva suffered a widespread outage on Monday, with thousands of users reporting issues logging in to their accounts and accessing projects.
As per Downdetector, a platform that tracks outages, over 1,000 reports had been logged as of noon on Monday.
A majority of users pointed to problems with the website, while a smaller group highlighted issues with the mobile app as well.
Acknowledging the issue, Canva took to X to tell users it was investigating the cause. “We’re on it! We’re aware some people are having trouble accessing Canva. We’re working as quickly as we can to get things back up and running. For updates, visit http://status.canva.com. We really appreciate your patience!”
