Mercedes-Benz has introduced a hyper-exclusive G 63 AMG Collector’s Edition in India, priced at Rs 4.30 crore (ex-showroom).
This special G-Class is limited to just 30 units and costs Rs 66 lakh more than the standard AMG G 63.
Bookings are now open, and deliveries will begin in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Design & Color Options
The Collector’s Edition has been co-developed by Mercedes-Benz India and Mercedes-Benz R&D India, focusing on personalisation and exclusivity. The design draws inspiration from Indian monsoons, both in theme and colours.
Two exclusive paint options are available:
- Mid Green Magno – reflecting India’s lush monsoon greenery
- Red Magno – inspired by India’s iron-rich soil
Each vehicle gets a ‘One of Thirty’ plaque on the rear spare wheel cover, gold-finished 22-inch AMG alloy wheels, and a distinct side protection strip unique to this edition.
Features
Inside, the SUV features:
- Two-tone Nappa leather upholstery in Catalana Beige and Black
- Open-pore walnut wood trim on the dashboard
- A custom name engraving on the passenger grab handle.
Engine Specifications
Under the hood, the Mercedes-AMG G 63 Collector’s Edition continues to be powered by the robust 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, now paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. This setup delivers an impressive 585 bhp, with an additional 22 bhp boost from the electric motor, and a peak torque of 850Nm.
The engine is mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters, enabling a swift 0–100 km/h sprint in just 4.4 seconds. Power is distributed to all four wheels through Mercedes’ signature 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system, ensuring confident performance on all terrains.
For Top Customers Only – Extremely Limited
This edition is reserved exclusively for existing top-tier Mercedes customers in India. Demand for the G-Class is already sky-high, with a 12 to 18-month waitlist for the regular G 63.
Mercedes has even created a dedicated ‘G Corner’ at its Delhi showroom to cater to loyal G buyers. India, notably, ranks among the highest in the world for G-Class customisation requests via Manufaktur.
