Palak Purswani made headlines a few days ago when she announced her engagement to Rohan Khanna. The pictures from her romantic proposal were truly noteworthy. However, in her latest update, the actress shared a story not related to her engagement but to a scam she personally experienced. Palak issued a warning to her followers about a stylist who has reportedly been scamming actors for quite some time.
In her Instagram stories, Palak revealed that she usually refrains from posting about such matters publicly, but felt compelled to speak out due to the recurring nature of the issue. She wrote, “I usually don’t post things like this, but it’s important to speak up when something wrong keeps happening repeatedly.There’s a girl in the industry who claims to be a stylist, but unfortunately, she’s been scamming people-including several actors I know. She takes deposit money for styling assignments, and then either the outfits never arrive or she vanishes without returning the money.”
Palak further stated that this is not an isolated incident. She identified actress Simran Budharup as another victim of the same stylist’s fraudulent behavior.
“This isn’t just a one-off case with Simran Budharup -it’s happened to multiple people now, and it’s time the word gets out. If she approaches you for work or styling gigs, please be cautious and double-check everything before committing. You work hard for your money, and no one deserves to be taken advantage of. Let’s look out for each other. If you’ve had a similar experience, feel free to share,” she added. Palak also posted a screenshot of the alleged scammer’s account.
Meanwhile, Palak recently gave fans a glimpse of the wonderful new chapter in her life. She shared stunning photos from Rohan Khanna’s romantic proposal in Turkey. The couple, who have been dating for several months, got engaged in May. Palak looked ethereal in a white gown, with golden skies, snow-covered valleys and a dreamlike setting forming the backdrop. Every frame, from her radiant smile to Rohan’s joyful expression, made the moment even more special.
