In a recent trial in the UK that involved 14,500 civil agents, estimates were that the majority of them saved around 26 minutes every day; for entry-level employees, it was around 37 minutes of reclaimed time. More than 70 per cent opined that the assistant took the drudgery away, and more than 80 per cent could not imagine being without it afterwards.

With enterprises coping with Secure GenAI to safeguard sensitive data, the second most important thing is Sovereign AI: keeping data within actual national jurisdiction and compliance frameworks, without which no organisation would build trust with regulators.
True Accessible AI ensures that no one is left behind because of language, abilities, or technical know-how. Starting from built-in speech recognition and live captioning, virtual assistants have to be inclusive.
Composite AI & Lifecycle-Based Approach

Why Human-Centric Design Matters
In the world of AI, trust is never to be taken for granted. Concern/neurodivergence arises among a certain body of workers about bias, about the loss of nuance, and about over-reliance.
