Nissan has unveiled the 2026 Patrol Nismo, a high-performance SUV designed specifically for the Middle East. It’s the most powerful version of the Patrol ever, with exclusive updates in styling, performance, and driving dynamics.

2026 Nissan Patrol Nismo: Here’s More About It

Powering the SUV is a specially tuned 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 engine that delivers 495bhp and 700Nm of torque in sport mode. That’s 70bhp more than the standard model. Built by hand at Nissan’s Iwaki Plant in Japan, the engine features a red Nismo cover and a special badge for a premium touch.

A recalibrated 9-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters complements the engine, while updates like a redesigned bumper improve brake cooling. Rear spoilers and diffusers boost aerodynamics, adding to the SUV’s sporty presence.

Design upgrades include a refreshed V-Motion grille with 3D mesh, larger air intakes, red-accented bumpers and Formula E-style rear fog lamps. At the back, extended spoilers and splitters increase grip and stability. Five exterior colours are offered, including a Nismo-only Stealth Gray, with options for both single- and dual-tone finishes.

Inside, the cabin follows a sporty red and black theme, with red stitching, Nismo logos on the headrests, and a mix of suede, leather, carbon-style trim, and aluminium pedals. The seats offer extra support, while red seat belts and a red start button add to the racing feel.

It features Nismo-tuned E-Dampers that adjust to driving conditions for a smooth yet responsive ride. New electric power steering provides better control, and the 22-inch forged alloy wheels—made with RAYS—are lighter and improve brake cooling.

An Active Sound Enhancement system boosts the engine’s sound in the cabin for a more exciting experience.

The Patrol Nismo joins Nissan’s Middle East Patrol lineup, which now includes:

– Standard Patrol: A luxurious all-purpose SUV

– Patrol PRO-4X: Geared for off-road enthusiasts

– Patrol Nismo: The top-tier performance model
