Digvijay Rathee, after his shocking eviction from Salman Khan’s controversial reality show Bigg Boss 18, reunited with his family to celebrate Christmas. He treated his Instafam with a few glimpses of his festive celebrations with his parents and sister. Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Digvijay captioned the post, “Christmas feels complete with my gift from God—family.”
The first picture is candid depicting the ex-Splitsvilla fame sitting on a sofa with his legs on the table and holding a mug. He wore a colourful Christmas-themed Sweater paired with beige pants and dark socks. A decorated X-mas tree could also be spotted behind him.
In the next snapshot, Digvijay could be seen sharing a heartfelt moment with his sister. The last post is a happy family picture of enjoying some sweets on a special occasion.
As soon as the post was shared online, the comment section was flooded with reactions from his fans and admirers. An Instagram user commented, “Our Winner.” Another one commented, “Winner of hearts.” One of them commented, “Merry Christmas to you dear, lots of blessings.”
Digvijay entered Bigg Boss 18 as a wild card contestant. During his time inside the house, he won the audience’s hearts with his strong persona and never-give-up attitude. However, his eviction came as a big shock to the viewers as well as the housemates, as he was considered among one of the strongest contestants of this season.
His elimination disappointed many fans and ex-Bigg Boss contestants. Several celebs questioned the integrity of the game and came out in support of Digvijay. Bigg Boss 9 winner Prince Narula wrote in his stories, “@digvijay_rathee ghar main vapis a chuka hai ya nahe main dakh Nahe pa raha agar nahe aya toh galat hua bec janta bahar nikalne toh chale ga ghar wale toh kabhe strong ko rakhna he nahe chaiye ge (Have Digvijay returned home? I am unable to tolerate the pain. If he had not returned, it would have been wrong. The people would want him to leave since they never want to keep the powerful one).”
