Aprilia, the Italy-based premium two-wheeler maker, is all set to expand its fleet in India. The company is gearing up to introduce a new model called Tuono 457. The official teaser has been shared, hinting at the design and style language.
According to the details, the upcoming Tuono 457 will hit the market as the street naked version of the existing RS 457 supersport bike. The reports say that the motorcycle will debut at EICMA 2024, kickstarting on November 7, and will continue until November 10.
Display at Indian Bike Week?
The sports bike is also likely to make its official presence during India Bike Week (IBW) 2024 as well. The international motorcyle festival will be celebrated in Goa, starting from December 6 2024.
Expected Price
Most of the details about the bike have been kept under wrap as yet. Even the price bracket is not known yet. However, some reports claim that it is likely to fall under Rs 3.90 lakh to Rs 4 lakh, ex-showroom.
Exterior
Talking about the road presence, the all-new Aprilia Tuono 457 will get a new set of LED headlights, as suggested in the teaser. To make it more aggressive, the LED DRLs will be also there, complimenting the headlight unit. It flaunts a similar style statement as RS 457, featuring similar aerodynamic winglets, front fascia and rear profile.
Engine and Comfort
At the heart, the Aprilia Tuono 457 will use a 457cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine. It is likely to generate better power figures compared to RS 457. For comfort, it will be equipped with a split seating arrangement, supported by a twin-spar aluminium frame, the USD fork and the mono-shock as well.
