As the voting for the Maharashtra Assembly election was on, Arjun Bijlani shared photos of himself where he showed his inked finger.

Maharashtra 2024 Assembly election is underway as citizens step out to cast their votes to elect the new government. Many prominent figures from the television entertainment industry stepped out early in the day to exercise their fundamental right to vote. Among them was popular TV actor Arjun Bijlani who shared a series of photos and a video on Instagram, showing his voting experience. The images show him proudly displaying his inked finger and smiling after fulfilling his civic duty.
Dressed in a casual white T-shirt, cargo pants and sports shoes, Bijlani kept his look casual. He completed his ensemble with a cap and sunglasses. In the video he shared, Bijlani is seen at the polling station urging Mumbaikars to vote, saying, “I am here to vote and even you should.” Bijlani captioned his Instagram post with, “Jai Hind Jai Maharashtra!! Go vote .. !!”
Speaking to India Today, the actor emphasised the need to take action through voting, stating, “It’s very important to vote. I have seen when things are going wrong, millions complain. They voice their opinion on Twitter, on social media. More than that, this is the right day to voice your opinion.”
On the professional front, Arjun Bijlani was last seen in the cooking-based comedy show Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment. Hosted by Bharti Singh and judged by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, the show also included Nia Sharma, Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya, Karan Kundrra, Reem Shaikh, Jannat Zubair Rahmani, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Sudesh Lehri, Kashmera Shah and Krushna Abhishek.
As the show wrapped up, Bijlani shared a heartfelt video which showed his cherished moments from the set. The video included candid scenes of laughter, hugs and fun behind-the-scenes moments. In the post’s caption, he expressed his gratitude to fans and his co-stars, writing, “AAP sab ko bahut bahut shukriya aur mere doston ko usse bhi zyaada shukriya!!! Phir milenge !!!”
Arjun Bijlani began his television journey in 2004 with the youth-centric series Kartika where he starred alongside Jennifer Winget. Over the years, Bijlani became a household name with his roles in popular shows like Left Right Left, Miley Jab Hum Tum, Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, Naagin and Ishq Mein Marjawan.
Bijlani also participated in reality shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9 and won hearts as the host of Dance Deewane. In 2016, Bijlani made his Bollywood debut with the film Direct Ishq.
