In Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, the wolf terror has intensified, with several tragic incidents involving the death of children. Despite this, Uttar Pradesh’s Forest Minister claims the situation is better than last year. The reality paints a grim picture: out of the ten lives claimed by the wolves, nine were children. Recently, a five-year-old girl was attacked in her home. The combined efforts of the Forest Department and police have so far failed to capture the remaining wolves. Residents of over 35 villages in Bahraich have been living in constant fear, unable to sleep at night. With sunset, a shadow of death looms over their homes.
