The latest episode of Bigg Boss 18 was nothing short of an entertainment extravaganza, packed with emotions, drama, laughter and eviction. Out of the three nominated contestants including Rajat Dalal, Chaahat Pandey and Shrutika Arjun, one of them had to bid adieu to the house, given the elimination process. The audience from outside was invited to the house and was given the power to vote for their favourite contestants. But, before this, all three of them had to appeal to the voters, elaborating on why they deserve to be in the game.
During the task, Rajat Dalal, in his speech, expressed that he always wanted to be a politician but little did he imagine that he would start his journey in the Bigg Boss 18 house. He said, “Kuch chize jeevan mai aisi hui hai ki raat mei neend aati nahi. Aap sab ne bohot galiya di hai. Asal mei agar piche pata ho ki naam bohot kharab hua tha (Something happened in life due to which I can’t sleep at night. You all cursed me. If you know my past, my reputation was tarnished).”
Further, Rajat shed light on the challenge of surviving in the house around people, sharing that he has always lived alone and played individually since the beginning. Emphasising the tough phase he went through before entering the Bigg Boss house, the powerlifter added that it was a different feeling to rise after hitting the low. Rajat stated, “Jeevan bohot niche jaa chuka tha (My life had gone in vain.”
Following the task, Shrutika Arjun was evicted from the Bigg Boss 18 house, based on the voting of the public outside the house. Disheartened, Chum and Shilpa discussed their emotions later in the episode. During the conversation, the duo talked about the top 5 contestants and Shilpa expressed her wish to not see Rajat in the list. Chum also mentioned that Rajat often lies and is fake while highlighting his bad behaviour. Shilpa even revealed, “He is very fake. I think after the show ends, Rajat will be the only person I would not like to be in touch with.”
Now, the contestants in the race to be in the top 5 are – Rajat Dalal, Chum Darang, Shilpa Shirodkar, Karan Veer Mehra, Vivian Dsena, Avinash Mishra, Chaahat Pandey and Eisha Singh.
