Bigg Boss 18 is inching towards its finale and the viewers are eager to find out who will take the trophy this season. Vivian Dsena, Karanveer Mehra, Shilpa Shirodkar, Avinash Mishra, Chum Darang, Rajat Dalal and Eisha Singh are the final contenders. Every contestant has been receiving a lot of support from their fans but among others Chum Darang has undoubtedly caught everyone’s attention for a variety of reasons. She is reportedly the first contestant from Arunachal Pradesh to participate in Bigg Boss and recently, many locals in the state took out a rally to show support for her.
Chum Darang’s followers held a rally on the road to support her. The actress’ team uploaded a few photographs and videos from the event and wrote, “Chum’s journey in Bigg Boss is more than just a personal win—it’s a powerful celebration of her roots and traditions. She proudly showcased the richness of NE culture, effortlessly bringing its beauty, strength, and pride to the Bigg Boss stage, leaving a lasting mark. Big thanks to BMS East Siang from Pasighat for organizing a mass rally and demonstrating the incredible power of unity and community in supporting Chum Darang. With love and gratitude, Chum Darang team.” The supporters were seen carrying placards in favour of Chum in their hands.
Many viewers also commented supporting the actress. One of them mentioned, “She is one of the finest and real contestants in the history of Bigg Boss. She is simple, elegant, classy, honest, and most importantly she is like all of us, like a normal person.”
Few days back, even the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu expressed his support for Chum Darang via social media wishing her success in the show. He wrote, “I’m happy to learn that Chum Darang, daughter of Arunachal Pradesh from Pasighat, has reached among the top 9 of the reality show #BiggBoss18. Show your solidarity with her, and do not forget to vote for Chum. I am hopeful that she will be a winner and achieve many milestones in the years to come. My best wishes to Chum Darang.”
Now, all eyes are on the finale on January 19 to know who wins the coveted title of the Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 18.
