<p>Special Commissioner of Police (Crime) Devesh Chandra Srivastva shared that the chatbots, functional in both Hindi and English, will play a critical role in distributing important guidelines and instructions issued by the Election Commission of India (ECI) and the Delhi Police. These tools are part of a broader effort to simplify complex processes and provide real-time information to personnel on the ground.</p>

<p>Both chatbots are equipped with extensive databases and can be accessed via a secure link or QR code, enabling quick and seamless usage. Their intuitive interface ensures that even complex directives are presented in a simplified and actionable manner.</p>
<p>Srivastva noted that these AI-driven tools are designed to boost efficiency during elections, ensuring better coordination between the police force and paramilitary personnel deployed in the capital.</p>
