Digangana Suryavanshi is busy promoting her upcoming thriller film Shivam Bhaje. Helmed by Apsar, the film also stars South actor Ashwin Babu and Arbaaz Khan in lead roles. On Tuesday, team Shivam Bhaje unveiled the film’s official trailer at a grand event in Hyderabad. In addition to the main cast and crew, renowned filmmakers Anil Ravipudi, Vishwak Sen and music director Thaman also attended the ceremony.
At the trailer launch event, Digangana insisted that her fans watch the film. She made a finger-crossed gesture and cheerfully chanted, “Har Har Mahadev,” evoking enthusiasm among fans, reported Filmibeat.
Sharing her experience of working in the film, Digangana shared as quoted by Telugu Films Productions Council, “I’m grateful for the opportunity. Team Shivam Bhaje feels like family and Ashwin has been a great support. We’re all looking forward to it.”
Talking about the film, Shivam Bhaje centres on several enigmatic murders occurring in the city and their potential connections to a terrorist attack. The trailer featured Ashwin Babu as a common man who later becomes an integral part of solving the murder cases and fighting the state’s enemies. The powerful dialogues, intense action sequences and gripping storyline as shown in the trailer have left the audience hooked.
Backed by Maheswara Reddy Mooli under Ganga Entertainment’s banner, the film also stars Hyper Aadi, Tanikella Bharani, Murali Sharma, Brahmaji and Shakalaka Shankar in important roles.
Impressed by the trailer, Vishwak Sen stated at the event, “It was very good; it sounds like a meticulously planned project. It seems Ashwin’s career is about to take a significant turn. I hope Shivam Bhaje brings Ashwin success at the box office.” Anil Ravipudi, on the other hand, mentioned, “The trailer is excellent. I want Shivam Bhaje to be the highlight of Ashwin’s career.”
Overwhelmed by the support, Ashwin Babu added, “The presence of Anil, Taman and Vishwak Sen means the world to me. The story of Shivam Bhaje is captivating, written by Apsar, a Muslim, yet steeped in reverence for Lord Shiva. I believe nothing happens without Lord Shiva’s will. I’m grateful for the team we have, especially the talented Digangana Suryavanshi.”
