Rajat Dalal’s close friend and former Bigg Boss OTT winner, Elvish Yadav defended him and criticised Alice Kaushik’s comment on Bigg Boss 18.
Bigg Boss 18 has been in the spotlight for many reasons, but a recent episode caught attention when Alice Kaushik made a controversial statement during a task to choose the next Time God. In the task, the house was split into two teams and contestants had to protect their clay from being destroyed by other team members. While Rajat Dalal was defending his team, Alice attempted to ruin their clay, but Rajat stopped her. After returning to her team, she was heard saying she would use the woman card and tell Rajat not to touch her. As the clip circulated online, Rajat’s close friend and former Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, Elvish Yadav defended him and criticised Alice’s comment.
In a recent YouTube vlog, Elvish said, “It’s easy to defame someone, anyone can make accusations or say anything about a person and many will believe it. However, it’s important to be honest with yourself about your actions. Many people forget that in the process of setting things right for themselves, they end up damaging someone else’s image. Many might criticize me and ask why I’m supporting Rajat. But this is about my friendship and my responsibility. It’s about doing what is right, I will always speak the truth. I’m not trying to defame anyone, but what has happened here is unacceptable. Whether it’s Rajat or anyone else, like Vivian or Avinash, if someone has done something wrong, it needs to be addressed.”
Further in the video, Elvish Yadav added, “She made it in her mind that, ‘I will defend myself in this way, that I am a girl and you can’t touch me,’ but the situation is much bigger than that because it happened on national television. This isn’t a small matter, it’s a huge issue now. People will start saying things like, ‘Rajat touched a girl,’ which only adds more problems.”
The content creator explained that he is not just defending Rajat Dalal, but he’s also standing up for anyone who has faced false accusations. He pointed out that such allegations can take a lot of time and effort to clear, without any resolution. According to Elvish, such allegations could leave a permanent stain on their life. He highlighted that using, “I am a girl” excuse, like Alice did, is wrong.
