Elvish Yadav dropped a post on X clarifying that there has been a misunderstanding adding that Jasmin and him are good friends.

Television actress Jasmin Bhasin recently invited ire from Elvish Yadav’s fans after she made a statement on the YouTuber during an episode of Laughter Chefs Season 2. As the incessant backlash continued, Elvish came out to defend Jasmin, asking fans not to troll her and spread hate towards her. He dropped a post on X clarifying that there has been a misunderstanding and added that Jasmin and him are good friends.
Shared on Thursday, Elvish Yadav’s post read, “Hey guys, let’s chill out! There’s been a misunderstanding about Jasmin’s statement because it’s not the full video. We’re actually good friends, and I don’t want any hate towards her. Let’s focus on spreading love and positivity instead.”

During an episode of Laughter Chefs, Elvish Yadav revealed that he takes early morning flights from Delhi to Mumbai for the shoot of Laughter Chefs. The YouTuber added that he does not get enough time to sleep, which makes him wear sunglasses on the show. Replying, Jasmin jokingly told Elvish, “Jasmin in the recent episode told Elvish, “If you have to come daily from Gurgaon, taking an early morning flight, you better quit the show and give a worthy person a chance.”
Jasmin’s statement did not go down well with the netizens who began slamming the actress on social media. Given the incessant attacks, Elvish came forward to defend her, prompting fans to shower praises on him for his ‘big heart’. One of the comments on his post read, “Brother this shows how big your heart is You have truly become very mature I love you brother.” Another fan wrote, “Thik hai bhai log sab samajh gaye na, bhai ne kaha hai pyar failao.”
Jasmin arrived on the show as a guest to support her boyfriend Aly Goni, who is a participant alongside contestants like Rahul Vaidya, Nia Sharma, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Karan Kundrra, Krushna Abhishek, Kashmera Shah, Sudesh Lehri and Rubina Dilaik among others.
As for Elvish Yadav, the popular YouTuber scripted history as he became the first wildcard contestant to lift the trophy of the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss OTT 2. Currently, he is also seen as a gang leader on Roadies XX alongside Rhea Chakraborty, Neha Dhupia, Prince Narula and Gautam Gulati.
