The recently dropped promo by Star Plus offered a glimpse into the show’s future. The developments have left fans disheartened, especially with the official confirmation of beloved on-screen couple Jhanak and Anirudh’s separation ahead of the upcoming generation leap.
In the promo, Jhanak (played by Hiba Nawab) is seen dreaming of a happy life with Anirudh (Krushal Ahuja) and their two children. However, the dream quickly fades away to a harsh reality as their family is separated. The promo shows Jhanak with a newborn, while Anirudh lives separately with their daughter. Both characters are seen missing each other while living apart, bearing heavy emotions in silence.
After this promo was shared, it ignited a storm of negative reactions from fans who have long been anticipating a reunion and a stable romance between Jhanak and Anirudh. Many took to the comments section to voice their frustration with the show’s continuous plotlines that keep the lead couple apart.
