In 2025, this festive occasion will be celebrated on March 14th, spreading joy across the country. The festival holds great cultural significance and is observed during the full moon of the Phalguna month, which typically falls in March.On the first day of Holi, known as Holika Dahan, people gather around bonfires to celebrate the victory of good over evil. The ritual of burning Holika’s effigy symbolizes the destruction of evil forces. The second day is marked by the colorful and spirited Rangwali Holi, where people throw colored powders at each other, sing festive songs, and dance in joy.
