The NX200 continues with the same 184cc single-cylinder engine, but it is now OBD2B compliant.
The NX200 will be sold through Honda’s premium dealerships in three colour options.
Honda India has introduced the new NX200 in India at a price of Rs. 1.68 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The NX200 is essentially a rebranded version of the CB200X, which has been available in India for a few years.
The Honda NX200 will be available at the company’s premium dealerships in three colours. Bookings are already open, and deliveries are expected to begin in March.
With the launch of the NX200, Honda now offers two models in the NX range, the NX200 and the larger NX500. The rebranding of the CB200X to NX200 seems to be a strategic move to align with the NX brand, which enjoys better recognition and value in India.
In terms of design, the NX200 features some minor styling changes, but the overall look remains largely the same. The major upgrades come in the form of new features, including a dual-channel ABS system and a TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth integration.
The NX200 continues to use the same 184cc single-cylinder engine as the CB200X, now made compliant with OBD2B standards. While performance figures remain similar, fuel efficiency details have not been disclosed.
