Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) has launched the new X-ADV 750 in India at a price of Rs 11.90 lakh (ex-showroom).
This rugged maxi-scooter is built for adventure and city rides alike. Bookings are now open at Honda’s BigWing dealerships, with deliveries expected from June, as per the Mint.
The Honda X-ADV 750 blurs the line between a maxi-scooter and an adventure motorcycle. Its design takes heavy inspiration from Honda’s off-road bikes, featuring a strong, upright stance and muscular looks. This makes it comfortable for city riding but also ready to tackle rougher roads.
Engine Specification
Under the hood is a 745 cc liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine. It produces 54 bhp at 6,250 rpm and 68 Nm of torque at 4,750 rpm. The scooter uses a six-speed dual-clutch transmission, similar to Honda’s famous Africa Twin adventure bike.
Features
The X-ADV 750 is designed to handle different types of terrain. It comes with dual-sport tyres, spoke wheels, knuckle guards, and a windscreen that can be adjusted in five steps.
It also offers Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and a ride-by-wire throttle system. Riders can choose from four riding modes—Standard, Sport, Rain, and Gravel—or customise their own mode.
This scooter comes with a five-inch TFT display that connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Features like smart key access, Honda’s Smartphone Voice Control, and USB charging add convenience. For storage, it offers a 22-litre under-seat compartment and a 1.2-litre glovebox.
Color Options
The X-ADV 750 will be available in two colours in India: Pearl Glare White and Graphite Black.
Rivals
With this bold new launch, Honda enters the premium scooter market alongside names like Yamaha Aerox 155 and BMW C 400GT.
