The IIT Joint Admissions Test (JAM) 2025 answer key will be released by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras tomorrow, February 14. Candidates who appeared for the JAM 2025 can download the answer key and the response sheet by visiting the official website at joaps.iitd.ac.in, once released. Candidates will also be allowed to raise objections, if any, through the official portal by paying the required fee.

IIT JAM 2025 Answer Key: How To Raise Objection?

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIT JAM at jam.iitm.ac.in.

Step 2: Look for the “IIT JAM 2025 answer keys, master question papers” link on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on the provided link.

Step 4: You will be directed to a new page where you can select your desired paper

Step 5: Choose the paper you appeared for.

Step 6: A PDF file will open displaying the answer keys.

Step 7: Download the PDF and review the answers accordingly.

Step 8: Save a copy for future reference.

Step 9: To raise objection, select the question you wish to challenge

Step 10: Uploading supporting documents

Step 11: Pay the required fee

Step 12: Submit. Download and save a copy for further use.

The IIT JAM examination was conducted on February 2, 2025. JAM scores are used to seek admission to 2802 seats of M.Sc. (Two-Year), M.Sc.-Ph.D, Dual Degree, and other Post-Graduate Programmes at various IITs and IISc Bangalore. The JAM entrance exam has been conducted since 2004 on a rotational basis by various IITs. This year, IIT Delhi has been assigned the duty to conduct the exams.

The exam was held for seven test papers including 60 questions, totaling 100 marks. As per the he marking scheme, section A or the MCQs section consists of 30 multiple-choice questions. For each incorrect answer to one-mark questions, one-third of the marks will be deducted. For two-mark questions, two-thirds of the marks will be deducted. Section B or MSQs features 10 multiple-selection questions. There are no negative or partial markings in this section. Section C or NAT comprises 20 Numerical Answer Type questions. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers in this section either.

Aspirants who have obtained an undergraduate degree or are in their final year of study can apply for IIT JAM 2025. There is no age restriction for applicants. Foreign nationals holding an Indian degree can also apply, subject to the admissions policy.
