External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday spoke to Taliban foreign minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, said the Union Minister.

During the telephone conversation, Jaishankar welcomed Afghanistan’s rejection of attempts to “create distrust” between the two countries. He also thanked Muttaqi for condemning the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
