Maruti Suzuki is all set to unveil the production version of its awaited EV, EVX. It has been reported that the model is scheduled to break the covers on November 4 in Italy’s Milan.
The reason EVX will be unveiled overseas as it has been claimed a global product. It will be introduced in various parts of the world, followed by selected European markets and Japan.
Indian Launch?
When it comes to the Indian launch, the company has not revealed the exact date as yet. However, it has been reported that the company will announce the price details in the country.
For the interested Indian customers, the product version is liekly to displayed during the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. It is kickstarting from January 17 and will remain operational unit January 22.
Made-in- India
A big chunk of the electric vehicle EVX has been made in India. Even the comapny will start producing the EV from its facility in Gujarat. This might bring down the price slightly and will become affordable for its target audience.
Expected Price and Rivals
The comapny has not revealed anything related to the price as yet. However, it is expected to hit the market at a starting price of Rs 19 lakh to Rs 20 lakh. Once launched, it will compete against the newly launched Tata Curvv EV and Hyundai’s upcoming Creta EV.
