Nikki Tamboli gained popularity through her appearances on Bigg Boss Marathi and Celebrity Masterchef. Beyond her reality show fame, fans admire her commitment to fitness. Nikki often leaves people amazed by her toned physique, sparking curiosity about her fitness secrets.

In her latest vlog, she revealed her daily diet routine that helps her stay healthy. Nikki prefers simple, home-cooked meals over elaborate diets. She starts her day with ghee black coffee, which she believes aids fat burning. Afterwards, she heads to the gym for a cardio session.

For breakfast, Nikki sticks to a nutritious bowl filled with oats, apples, pomegranate seeds, bananas, mangoes, almonds, and more. Her cook shared that Nikki has been eating this same breakfast for three to four years. The actress also mentioned in the vlog that she carries this meal with her even while shooting.

Moving on, Nikki revealed that when she’s not shooting, she prefers having lunch with her mother. She enjoys a wholesome, home-cooked meal that typically includes bhakari, rice, dal, eggs, and vegetables. In the vlog, Nikki is seen eating mixed dal, egg bhurji, jowari bhakri, and brown rice. She mentioned they avoid wheat roti because jowari roti contains more protein. The actress also shared that during the summer, she has curd rice every day after lunch. Even while shooting, Nikki sends her driver to bring her home-cooked lunch to set.

Later in the evening, Nikki drinks a green juice made from celery, mint leaves, green apple, lemon, cucumber, and ginger every day, which helps her maintain glowing skin. Nikki also shared that she drinks about 5 litres of water daily.

For dinner, Nikki usually has grilled fish with sautéed vegetables, brown rice, and homemade sauce. She mentioned that she avoids using her phone while eating and prefers to enjoy the view from her window to fully focus on her meal. Nikki revealed that she typically eats dinner around 6:30 PM when she’s at home.
