Reem Shaikh, known for her works in television dramas such as Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha and Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, is now being seen in the popular reality show, Laughter Chefs – Unlimited Entertainment. For one of the looks over there, the actress unlocked one of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut’s iconic on-screen characters from Queen and looked simply gorgeous.
Well, who can forget Kangana Ranaut’s iconic character from the film Queen? For her latest appearance on the sets of the reality show Laughter Chefs – Unlimited Entertainment, the television actress channelled the same look in a simple kurti and jeans combo. Reem Shaikh‘s powder blue-hued kurti featured striking rani pink designs all over it, which she teamed with matching loose braided hairstyle and makeup, similar to that of Ranaut.
Additionally, it was Reem’s beautiful smile that finished off her look. Undoubtedly, the Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal actress looked simply stunning, recreating Kangana Ranaut’s iconic character, and her fans began showering her with immense praise in the comments section of the post.
Ahead of joining the reality show, Reema Shaikh has been part of several television dramas, web series, music videos and even a few films. Additionally, the actress has never shied away from opening up about her professional and personal front. Earlier, in a heartfelt conversation with Sana Khan on her Ramadan special vlog, the actress talked about one of the incidents on her latest show when she burnt her face. She elaborated, “When it happened, I got scared. It was sugar, but felt like glass shards. Someone threw water on me because that sugar shouldn’t get stuck. But you shouldn’t throw water on the burnt area.”
Reem also highlighted her interfaith upbringing and how she was never pressured to follow any particular traditions. Reflecting on the initial days of her career, she said, “Had you met me 4 years back, I was a different person. Right now, I am a very different person. Main bhatki hui thi, but Allah brought me on the right path,” adding, “I come from an inter-religion family. I was never forced to adapt to anything. Neither of my parents. For me, it is very important to belong to a family, where I have gotten an identity of my own. Me dying as a Muslim will be a blessing for me.”
