Following its debut at Motoverse 2024, Royal Enfield has officially launched the Scram 440.

The bike is priced from Rs. 2.08 lakh for the Trail variant—just Rs. 1,300 more than the previous Scram 411. The premium Force variant comes in at Rs. 2.15 lakh (both prices ex-showroom), according to Bikewale.

In terms of design, the Scram 440 closely resembles the Scram 411, with a round headlight and a small cowl, a large fuel tank, and a sleek tail section. Key features include an LED headlight, switchable dual-channel ABS, and an upgraded front brake for improved stopping power.

New colour options have also been introduced, including Force Teal, Force Grey, Force Blue, Trail Green, and Trail Blue.

The Scram 440 features a new 443cc, air/oil-cooled engine that delivers 25.4bhp at 6,250rpm and 34Nm of torque at 4,000rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox. This upgraded engine and added gear make the Scram 440 a better option for long-distance touring.

The Trail variant comes with traditional 19/17-inch spoke wheels and tube-type tyres, while the Force variant boasts alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. The bike’s suspension consists of telescopic forks and a monoshock, with braking handled by single discs at both ends.

The Scram 440 will compete with the Triumph Scrambler 400X and the Yezdi Scrambler.
