Rupali Ganguly shared that the spiritual atmosphere of the Maha Kumbh was so powerful that they were completely immersed in the moment and forgot to capture photos.

The Maha Kumbh 2025, currently going on in Prayagraj, is getting attention of people from around the world, including celebrities and international figures. One of the prominent visitors was actress Rupali Ganguly, who visited the Kumbh with her husband, Ashwin Verma, and their son, Rudransh. The family took the holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. After recently arriving in Mumbai from her sacred trip, the Anupamaa star shared numerous photos from her experience on social media. In her post, she shared how the spiritual atmosphere was so powerful that they were completely immersed in the moment and forgot to capture photos while taking the dip.
The photos capture candid moments of the family, while some pictures show Rupali praying. Other photos include selfies with her husband and their son. Taking to Instagram, the actress wrote, “Blessed to have experienced this with the family. We were so mesmerized ki forgot to take the customary pictures during the snan. These are screen grabs, the faith, the people, the dharm, the power, the all encompassing and overwhelming divinity. Har Har Gange. Har Har Mahadev.”
Rupali Ganguly shared a few more pictures from her visit to the Maha Kumbh. In her caption, she mentioned taking a dip at the Brahma Muhurta. The actress remembered how cold it was there but said she was amazed by the spiritual feeling.
She wrote, “On Magha Purnima, took a dip in the holy Ganga during Brahma Muhurat for all family members and friends. It was extremely cold, but the flame of faith and devotion was burning brightly in my heart and will continue to do so forever.”
Last week, after returning from Prayagraj, Rupali Ganguly was seen at the Mumbai airport, where she spoke with the paparazzi about her experience. During the interaction, the actress encouraged everyone to visit the Maha Kumbh before it concludes on February 26.
In the video, Rupali is seen holding a plant, while her husband, Ashwin Verma, carries several bottles of Gangajal. She said, “Aap sabhi ko jaana chahiye. Gangajal leke aayi hun, sabke paap dhoungi (You all should visit. I have brought gangajal, I will wash everyone’s sins).”
Not just Rupali Ganguly, but Shivangi Joshi, Siddharth Nigam and Sourabh Raaj Jain, are among the other TV stars who visited the Maha Kumbh 2025 in January.
