Popular TV show Anupamaa, which is noted for its relatable storylines and social themes, presented yet another strong message for its viewers. In a recent episode, the makers connected the themes of vocal for local and value of hard work by using the popular street food, pani puri. The cast enjoyed a treat with a local seller and the makers uniquely combined it to the current plot.
Reportedly, the episode showcases a crowded pani puri stall, where Anupama played by Rupali Ganguly, and her family perform a task that society considers menial. From washing utensils to preparing and serving pani puris, all the characters are seen doing their part. As they offer their unique pani puri, the family promotes the importance of street food sellers in society. Their work should be treated with the same respect as any other profession. This episode serves as a reminder to respect local businesses for more than simply their service.
Meanwhile, Anupamaa, which had previously focused on the life of the Shahs and Anupama, has become more intense with the Kothari family’s entry. The latest promo shows Rahi (Adrija Roy) eagerly tells Anupama about applying for a hotel management course. She proudly displays the form, indicating her commitment to bring Anu Ki Rasoi to every part of Gujarat. Just as she expresses her satisfaction at Rahi following her dreams, Moti Baa enters and spoils the celebration. She notifies them that the priest has finalised the wedding date. Rahi, taken aback, tries to show her form, but before she can say anything, Moti Baa ignores her fears, stating that she may do whatever she wants after marriage. The incident severely disturbs Anupamaa since it parallels her own past. Anupamaa, overwhelmed with worry, prays that Rahi’s wedding does not end her ambitions.
Anupamaa’s current track concentrates upon Prem and Rahi (played by Shivam Kathuria and Adrija Roy) relationship and impending marriage. Apart from them, the cast also includes Zalak Desai, Alka Kaushal, Sheersha Tiwari, Mazhar Sayed and Krutika Desai. The show started back in 2020 and has been leading the TRP charts consistently.
