Sana Makbul has been hogging headlines recently for parting ways with her beau, Srikanth Bureddy. The actress, who won Bigg Boss OTT 3, dated the co-founder of BuddyLoan for quite a while. After their separation, the actress has been working hard professionally, appearing in a number of music videos. She was last seen in rapper Naezy’s latest music video, which has raked in over 1.6 million views till now. Having said that, the actress recently sat for an interview with an entertainment news portal where she emphasised the importance of staying grounded as fame doesn’t last forever.

During a conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Sana Makbul said, “See, I have always been a very low-key person. Mere liye fame is important because humare industry ka rule hai ki jitna jyada dikhoge utna jyada bikoge. Toh fame is important, but fame jab aapko milata hai toh aap itna bhi udho mat (See, I have always been a very low-key person. For me, fame is important because the rule in our industry is that the more you are seen, the more you will sell. So fame is important, but when you get fame, you should not get so proud).”

She went on to say, “Mera ye manana hai, humare pankh jaroor lag jaate hai but hume land pe hi rehna hai. I think one should always be grounded. Fame bohot short span of time ke liye aati hai. (I believe our wings do get attached, but we still have to be on the ground. I think one should always be grounded. Fame comes for a very short span of time).”

Elaborating further, she said, “I am the winner today, but tomorrow someone else will take my place. You know this is a very limited period, so during this limited period you should not be overconfident and be very kind and grounded. Of course, you are the winner. You are getting the respect of a winner, but it is not that you are like that you turn that aura into, ‘Oh I am the winner’ confidence.”

“Whether you have won or whatever you are, you are there because of someone, right? You are there because of someone’s love, don’t forget them. I think it’s give and take. I think aap pyaar doge to aapko pyaar milega. Aapko pyar mil raha hai to aapko utna pyaar dena bhi hai in return. Toh bus mera simple funda hai itna udho mat. Chhote time ka window hota hai, enjoy till it lasts. (I think it’s give and take. I think if you give love, you will get love. If you are getting love, then you have to give the same love in return. So my simple principle is don’t fly too high, there is a small window of time, enjoy till it lasts),” she concluded.

Coming to Sana Makbul’s professional commitments, the actress took home the trophy of Bigg Boss OTT 3 and a cash prize of Rs 25 lakh. After her stint on the show, she has featured in several music videos, including Kehna Galat Galat alongside BB 18 winner Karan Veer Mehra. She was most recently seen in her Bigg Boss house companion Naezy’s latest music video, ‘Bhamai.’ The music video is now streaming on T-Series.
