The Tata Safari has completed a total of 27 years in the Indian market. To mark the long journey and celebrate the success of the giant SUV, the company has added the latest edition in the range called Stealth. It has been released at the starting price of Rs 25.09 lakh (ex-showroom). It has been introduced in both 6 and 7-seater configurations.

To make it more interesting for the customers, the brand has added the same edition in the Harrier range as well. It starts at Rs 25.74 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. Interested customers now can visit authorised dealerships nationwide and reserve the newly launched variants.

Whats New?

Talking about the Safari first, the Stealth edition shares the same style statement as the regular version. However, some cosmetic changes have been made from both inside and outside, which makes it stand out among outgoing trims. The model gets a matte black finish paint job, featuring an aggressive road presence, a big thanks to the iconic LED headlight setup and trending connected DRLs at both ends.

Top USP

The experimental matte colour scheme shows a non-reflective surface, flaunting a sophisticated yet elegant look charm from the outside. The company has added a subtle sheen, which reduces glare when running or standing in harsh sunlight. It ensures the vehicle’s bold presence remains uninterrupted in any lighting condition.

When it comes to the interior, slight nip and tuck updates have been given, which makes it look more premium than ever. It continues to get the same cluster and infotainment system with all the wireless car connect technology including Android, Apple and Auto CarPlay.

Engine and Power

Under the hood, the SUV carries the same 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel engine. It generates a maximum power of 167 bhp and 350 Nm of peak torque. The unit is mated with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
