The leading car maker Tata Motor has finally announced the launch of its much-awaited electric car, Avinya. The company’s top official made the announcement at the ongoing 2025 Bharat Mobility Auto Expo.

Tata Avinya with Sportsback
It has been revealed that the Avinya will be launched with sportsback, and will offer top-notch cutting edge technology and trending features. A lot of details about the vehicle already has been revealed at the auto expo, and is expected to follow a similar style statement as the concept version.
In case you are not aware, the upcoming models under the Avinya lineup, including the Sportback and SUV, will share the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR)’s Electric Modular Architecture (EMA) platform. It is expected to offer an impressive range around at least 500km on a single charge, and might get both RWD and AWD options as well.
Design Language
Talking about the design language in the production version, Tata Avinya is expected to get a crossover-like appearance instead coupe. At the front, the identical fascia with similar connecting DRLs is expected with the continuation of a similar set of wheels, along with a fully LED headlight setup, sleek fog lamps and a connected light bar for the rear profile.

The other highlights include a two-spoke multi-functional steering wheel, a large centre console, with trending features like V2L and V2V, a wireless phone charger, a panoramic sunroof, multi-zone climate control, and Level-2 ADAS.
