After taking the market by storm by launching the electrified avatar of Harrier, Tata Motors is now gearing up for its next big launch of the year, Sierra. The model has already made its presence at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Now, the spy shots have started to surface on the internet, revealing some of the important details and key features.

In case you are not aware, Tata Sierra will make a comeback in the market, and is expected to dominate the segment again after almost two decades. The SUV will hit the market in both ICE and EV versions.

Here’s What Spy Shots Say

According to the spy shots, it seems like the SUV will arrive in the market with futuristic elements. The test mule was seen flaunting a triple-screen setup, which will enhance the overall driving expirence for both passengers and driver.

It has been reported that each unit will be measured at 12.3 inches. One screen will be used as a digital instrument cluster, central unit for the infotainment system, and the remaining one will be dedicated to the front passenger.

Top Elements

Going by the reports, it feels like the company has taken some inspiration from the Mahindra XEV 9e, which was launched in India a few months back. Talking about the other notable elements, the SUV will get a stylish four-spoke multi-functional steering wheel, wireless charging, automatic climate control, dual-tone dashboard, soft touch material on the dashboard, automatic adjustable ventilated front seats, panoramic sunroof, and a Harman sound system, among others.

Safety?

As far as safety is concerned, Tata Sierra will take some trending features from the newly launched Harrier EV. The list includes a 540-degree surround-view camera, Level 2 ADAS with multiple autonomous features, an HD rear-view mirror, 7-airbags as standard and whatnot.

ICE and EV

Under the hood, the ICE might get a 1.5L turbocharged GDI petrol and a 2.0L diesel engine. It is the same unit that powers the Harrier and Safari. These powertrain options might come with a choice of manual and automatic transmissions. When it comes to the electric version, it is likely to get a dual-motor AWD configuration with the same battery pack as the Harrier EV.
