The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) has released the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) rank list 2025 today, June 27. Candidates who took the exam and are awaiting admission to BE/B.Tech courses can now access their TNEA 2025 rank via the official website — tneaonline.org. To access the TNEA 2024 rank list, candidates will need to provide their login information, such as their application number and password.
The Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) is a state-level counselling process managed by Anna University on behalf of the Tamil Nadu government. It provides a single window for candidates seeking admission to engineering programmes in the state’s participating institutes, colleges, and universities. The TNEA rank list is used to allocate seats in these institutions. The examination comprises a total of 200 marks, with 100 marks each for mathematics, and physics and chemistry.

Step 1. Go to tneaonline.org, TNEA’s official website.
Step 2. Check for the latest announcement link ‘TNEA 2025 rank list’ from the homepage.
Step 3. Click on the rank list category link available on the left side of the page.
Step 4. The TNEA rank list 2025 PDF will show up on your screen.
Step 5. Download the TNEA rank list and save for later use.

TNEA Rank List 2025: What’s Next
Candidates selected for further consideration based on their TNEA 2025 ranking can participate in the online counselling process. The schedule of the counselling process is expected to be released soon. Qualified students must choose their preferred colleges and courses during this process. The final seat allocation for TNEA 2025 will be based on the rank list, availability of seats, and candidate preferences. The results of the seat allocation will be announced on the official website. Selected candidates will need to report to their assigned institutions to pay the admissions fees to reserve their seats.
