The latest showroom was inaugurated in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, marking a significant achievement for the company.
Triumph, the British two-wheeler manufacturer, is celebrating the launch of its 100th dealership in India.
The company recently established its 100th showroom in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
According to reports, the company stated that Bajaj Auto, which handles Triumph’s operations in India, has successfully pledged to increase the brand’s dealership network to 100 outlets within a year of taking over operations. Triumph now has 100 dealerships in India, spread across 75 cities.
Triumph and Pune-based company, Bajaj Auto revealed earlier this month that 50,000 Triumph 400cc motorcycles had been sold in 50 countries, including the United States, Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia. This announcement coincided with the first anniversary of the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X motorcycles manufactured in India.
Over the last year, the Triumph network has grown from 15 showrooms in nine locations to 100 showrooms in 75 cities, as per reports. This network expansion enables more people across the country to purchase Triumph motorcycles, interact with the community, and receive after-sales assistance.
There’s a good chance that the Triumph network will keep growing and become more well-known throughout India. Triumph wants to keep its market share in the motorcycle industry by giving its clients access to more dealerships and a thriving community for services, reports add. To ensure ongoing growth and engagement in India, Triumph’s primary goals are still to provide motorcycles and build a community of riders.
“The Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400 X have become popular across the country as they have in 50 other countries. The Triumph journey in India is just getting started. We’re committed to bringing world-class products within easy access to premium motorcycle customers,” said Sumeet Narang, President, Probiking Business, Bajaj Auto Ltd quoted by Hindustan Times.
“We have kept our promise that we made to Indian customers at launch – we’ve opened 100 showrooms with service centres in just one year and brought the Triumph experience closer to them,” Narang, President, Probiking Business, Bajaj Auto Ltd added. He further stated that their dedication extends beyond sales to great servicing, as well as ride and community programs that provide a genuinely immersive Triumph ownership experience.
