Trump Again Claims He ‘Stopped India-Pakistan War’ After Call With PM

US President Donald Trump praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and called him a “fantastic man” and also confirmed that the two leaders spoke with PM Modi on the phone. Trump also made a big claim and said that he stopped the war between India and Pakistan. He also said a trade deal with India is on the way.

“I stopped the war. I love Pakistan. I think Modi is a fantastic man. I spoke to him last night. We are going to make a trade deal with PM Modi. I stopped the war between Pakistan and India. This man (Asim Munir) was extremely influential in stopping it from the Pakistani side and PM Modi from the Indian side. Both are nuclear countries; they got to stop. I stopped a war between two major nuclear nations…,” US President Donald Trump said on being asked about his meeting with Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir.
