There was speculation about Aly Goni being replaced from Laughter Chefs season 2, but Vicky Jain recently clarified that the actor chose not to continue this season.

Laughter Chefs is back with its second season, following the success of the first. Viewers are once again enjoying the contestants’ witty banter and antics, with the same excitement as before. While Krushna Abhishek, Kashmera Shah, Vicky Jain, Ankita Lokhande, Rahul Vaidya and Sudesh Lehri are back, other fan favourites like Aly Goni, Jannat Zubair, Karan Kundrra, Arjun Bijlani and Nia Sharma are missing. There was speculation about Aly being replaced, but Vicky recently clarified that the actor chose not to continue this season. He also shared that all contestants are equal now, as nobody this time knows how to cook properly.
Shedding light on Aly’s replacement, the businessman, in an interview with Tellychakkar, explained, “First and foremost, Ali cannot be replaced, secondly, he has been replaced this season, and as a result, everyone is equal, no one knows how to cook anything. Last season, Arjun and Karan cooked excellently, but this season, everyone is on the same page.”
Vicky Jain shared his thoughts on becoming a public figure and the responsibility that comes with it. He explained that he has always taken responsibility for his actions and if he makes a mistake, Vicky makes sure to apologise. The businessman further claimed that he has always stayed true to himself and this has helped him earn the recognition he has today. For those not aware, Vicky rose to fame after appearing in Bigg Boss 17 with wife Ankita Lokhande.
Speaking about returning on Laughter Chefs, he said, “I am extremely delighted to be a part of the program; the attitude is so wonderful and fun to be around, and everyone is like family, and we don’t understand how the shoot happens, how stressful cooking is, and how great we cook.”
Other than Vicky Jain, Krushna Abhishek, Kashmera Shah, Ankita Lokhande, Rahul Vaidya and Sudesh Lehri, Laughter Chef season 2’s newest celebrity contestants include Abhishek Kumar, Samarth Jurel, Abdu Rozik, Elvish Yadav, Mannara Chopra and Rubina Dilaik. Bharti Singh also returned as the host, along with Harpal Singh Sokhi as the expert chef.
