Karan Veer Mehra has been making waves ever since he emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss 18. The actor won hearts with his strong gameplay and close bonds with fellow contestants Chum Darang and Shilpa Shirodkar. Now, in a candid post-show interview with Pinkvilla, Karan opened up about his personal life, including his struggles in the industry and his deep desire to become a parent.
When asked if he wanted children in his life, Karan enthusiastically responded, “Of course. There was a time when I actively wanted kids and even looked into adoption. I hoped to adopt a girl, but the process is quite strict for single fathers, and the wait time is long. I also considered surrogacy and explored multiple options.”
Despite the challenges, Karan shared that he finds joy in spending time with his sister’s two children. With a touch of humour, he added, “I have them on loan. I can take them back anytime. For now, I’ve outsourced them.” He revealed that he even named them—Aviraj and Advik—showcasing the deep connection he shares with them.
While Karan’s journey to fatherhood remains uncertain, his love for children is undeniable, and fans will surely be rooting for him as he navigates this heartfelt aspiration.
