Hina Khan made a rare appearance with her longtime boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal. In a video circulating online, the couple was spotted outside B-town’s popular Asian diner Torii in Mumbai. For their dinner date, Hina wore a rust pink co-ord set and opted for delicate earrings and pointy heels to accentuate the beauty of her look. On the other hand, Rocky Jaiswal kept it casual in a full-sleeved tee and cargo pants.
The couple paused and posed for the cameras and flashed their million-dollar smiles. At one point, Hina even had a brief chat with the paparazzi, whom she said, “Hum saath mein hi rehte hai bas bahar nahi aate (We live together, it’s just we don’t come out usually).” After posing briefly, the couple waved goodbye to them, and Rocky then carefully escorted the actress inside the restaurant.
The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress is battling stage three breast cancer. In June last year, she shared her diagnosis with her fans and followers through an Instagram post. Despite facing immense health challenges, Hina did not let anything hinder her zeal or shake her faith. As soon as she was diagnosed with the disease, she decided to fight it courageously and even share her journey with the world without any filters.
Showing no signs of slowing down or taking a break, Hina recently made her comeback on screen amid her cancer treatment. During a promotional interview with News18 Showsha for her new show, the 37-year-old actress shared how her family became her pillar of strength in her battle against cancer. She also talked about her longtime partner, Rocky.
She said, “I get the strength from the people – my partner Rocky, my mother, my brother, my cousins and Rocky’s family – around me. I’ve so much love around me. Touch wood! Alhamdulillah, nazar na lage. That love keeps me going. It has really, really helped me reach where I am today.”
Speaking of Hina’s new show, Griha Laxmi is a crime drama starring Chunky Panday and Dibyendu Bhattacharya. The actress plays the titular character in the web show, which revolves around the life of a housewife in Betalgadh who gets involved in drug smuggling to keep her family afloat. Eventually, she becomes the queen of weed in the city.
Hina Khan’s Griha Laxmi premiered on EPIC ON on January 16.
