Rupali Ganguly has become a household name with her show Anupamaa. Well, Rupali keeps her fans hooked to social media by sharing snippets from her personal life. She recently joined her brother and choreographer Vijay Ganguly to dance on the trending party number Gori Hai Kalaiyan from Mere Husband Ki Biwi.
Rupali shared the video on Instagram and wrote, “Trying to match steps with the super talented and super loved, my shining star Vijay Ganguly, and my little amazing baby Abhishek Pai and the sweetest Akshay Kansara. Thank you for making me do this. I loved loved loved the dance and the experience. Ek din hum aaj ki raat pe bhi reel banayenge.” The song has been choreographed by Rupali’s brother Vijay Ganguly. Mere Husband Ki Biwi features Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, and Bhumi Pednekar.
The video has caught the attention of social media users. Rupali’s fans were thrilled by her energetic performance. “Loved it, mam you are a Rockstar, watching it on loop,” said one. Another added, “Aag lagadi ma’am and of course, Vijay sir is always awesome.” Many others dropped hearts and fire emojis.
Some time back, Rupali shared a behind-the-scenes video from Anupamaa where she could seen dancing joyously while the show’s directors described a tough sequence to her. Rupali, dressed in a gorgeous pink saree, happily vibed to Daler Mehndi’s Sajan Mere Satrangiya. The directors of her show were also featured in the reel. As the directors fought to keep a straight face, Rupali’s antics took center stage. By the end of the video, they acted as if they couldn’t take the actress’ drama anymore and exited the frame. In the caption, she wrote, “When my directors try to explain an emotionally intense scene to me. But mera dimag kal hone wale song shoot pe hai (But my mind is on tomorrow’s song shoot).”
Rupali’s fame has increased tremendously with her work on Anupamaa, which premiered in 2020. Apart from this, she has acted in many popular television shows such as Sarabhai vs Sarbhai, Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, and Sanjivani: A Medical Boon.
