ZELIO Ebikes, a leading name in India’s electric two-wheeler market, is making bold plans to expand its dealership network to 400 locations by March 2025.
The company currently has 273 dealerships spread across 23 states, including major cities like West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Maharashtra.
With its rapid growth, ZELIO is targeting new regions, including Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, and several other states, to boost its presence. This move is part of the company’s broader goal to become a household name in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, as India focuses more on clean and sustainable transport solutions.
Kunal Arya, Co-Founder and Managing Director of ZELIO Ebikes, shared his enthusiasm: “With the EV market booming and consumer preferences shifting towards sustainable solutions, we are confident in achieving our goal of 400 dealerships by March 2025.”
To support this growth, ZELIO is rolling out a comprehensive strategy to attract new dealers and help them succeed. This includes detailed training on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer service. The company is also offering strong marketing support, such as co-branding opportunities and local promotions, to boost visibility and consumer engagement.
ZELIO has also introduced financial incentives for its dealers, such as bonuses, tiered rewards, and sales competitions. Dealers will get exclusive access to new product launches, giving them a competitive edge. The company is also offering operational assistance, including inventory management and supply chain support, to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demand efficiently.
Furthermore, ZELIO plans to engage with local communities through events and brand ambassadors, helping to build stronger connections with consumers in new regions. After-sales support, including extended warranties and dedicated service centres, will help increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Since its launch in 2021, ZELIO has quickly gained a reputation in the electric two-wheeler market, serving over 200,000 customers nationwide.
